Christos Zantis is a Registered Architect and Director at Panos Panayiotou + Associates (PPA), having joined the practice in 2019 following several years of architectural work in London. His international experience includes senior roles at Wilkinson Eyre, Echo Architecture, and WeWork, where he contributed to high-profile residential, commercial, and high-rise developments across the UK and abroad.

At PPA, Christos has led major projects including the Grand Hyatt Limassol and Martingale Plaza. He has been instrumental in coordinating large multidisciplinary teams, managing complex permitting processes, and aligning international design standards with local regulatory frameworks. His ability to operate across both conceptual and technical dimensions of a project has made him a critical contributor to the firm’s delivery of high-impact developments.

In parallel with his project leadership, Christos is a driving force behind the firm’s digital transformation. Drawing from his background in coding, BIM, and data organization, he leads the development of digital strategies that streamline workflows, support informed decision-making, and elevate design execution. His integration of design technologies and process automation supports greater precision, efficiency, and scalability across all stages of delivery.
