A residential development was designed as a three storey with a fair-faced concrete appearance consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments over a ground floor piloti for covered parking.
With its volumes stacked above and nested into each other the monolithic building in a bright fair-faced concrete look leaves a cubistic impression and allows at the same time also a certain lightness to appear due to the large cantilevering components.
