Looking to the sea from a vantage point high up the Agia Varvara hill in Limassol, the project is comprised of four high-spec villas.
The structure is designed with high flexibility in mind to suit every potential buyer’s needs, with flat slabs providing also for high anti-seismic rigidity. The strictness of the structure is offset by fluid and pure white aluminium ‘lines’ intersecting the hard concrete structure.
