Limassol
PPA were commissioned to design a mixed development consisted of a 25-unit apartment block and 12 villas, that will include luxury amenities with sauna, common swimming pool and gym space.
For this project, we wanted to follow a purely rationalist language, characterized by clear and elegant lines that recall the modern style; lines that are expressed in vertical bronze wall fins and aluminium louvered frames.
