This is a 300m² private residence located in Agios Athanasios, at a high vantage point overlooking the full panorama of the city of Limassol and the sea. A four bedroom house, it is designed to be open plan with maximum flexibility to its owners.

The steel structure and overall detailing of the design is of an industrial aesthetic, with fully glazed slighting glass partitions that take advantage of the views, able to transform the indoor home to an open air experience.

An all-embracing aluminium brise soleil, expanding over the building from its sides, protects the glass façades and roof garden spaces from excessive solar heat and glare, ensuring maximum comfort and minimising energy consumption.
